* NITDRIDE-  Plasma hardening of your substrate without the "white layer."  This is the first step of duplex coating process.

*  PVD-  Top coating metal bonds to nitride substrate, increasing surface  hardness, lowering coefficient of friction, and improving wear/heat  resistance.  We offer many PVD coatings such as; Duplex Matrix, Duplex Supra, Duplex Omega, TiCN,  Cromaxx, AITin, Hot Form and TiN.
